This “community creativity lab” is where where I see libraries’ future and competitive advantage. I can’t think of any other free, publicly-accessible place (except perhaps for museums, which we should be partnering with), where people can come together for purposes of serious play and creative enterprise.

Hey, thanks! I’m hoping to talk on the blog later this week about how I want to build on this idea some more. Though, every time I say I’m going to do something by a certain time, something else comes up, but we’ll see.
